Welcome Center & Gift Shop

Introducing our new Welcome Center, Gift Shop and Bluestone Plaza to provide an improved and safer experience upon arrival to Mount Auburn.

The Welcome Center is located in the Egyptian Revival Gateway at the main entrance of the Cemetery.

During your visit to Mount Auburn the Welcome Center is an essential first stop to ask for recommendations for your walk, for directions to find a a loved one's grave, and to chat with a friendly volunteer docent to learn more about this beautiful and historic landscape.

Current Hours: Open daily from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Gift Shop is now open in the west lodge of the Egyptian Revival Gateway. There is a curated selection of gifts and mementos as well as our relocated flower shop for purchasing tributes to place at a grave.

Current Hours: Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and extended times for special events.
