Would you like to schedule a burial service? Click here.
On the day of the gathering, cemetery staff will guide guests in procession to the gravesite and remain available throughout the service. The following amenities are included:
- Private parking near the gravesite
- Up to 30 chairs
- A podium
- For monument unveiling ceremonies, a cloth covering for the monument
Graveside Services may be scheduled Monday-Saturday, at 9:00 AM or 3:00 PM. Sunday availability by request.

Guidance for Scheduling a Monument Unveiling Ceremony
Because the process of designing, producing, and installing a monument can take several months, we encourage families to place their order with a monument dealer as early as possible to ensure the monument is in place before the intended ceremony date.

Please note that Mount Auburn cannot confirm a monument unveiling ceremony date until the monument has been delivered and installed at the cemetery. This policy helps avoid scheduling changes associated with production or delivery delays.
