Experience a deeper connection to Mount Auburn Cemetery with free or discounted access to all our public programs and special events by joining the Friends of Mount Auburn. Our robust roster of programs each year is made possible by the generous support of our donors and in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

Mount Auburn offers a unique opportunity for you to host an event instilled with the meaning, history, and natural beauty of our landscape, which is conveniently located in the Greater Boston area.
Our landscape serves as the perfect backdrop for your corporate events (such as corporate retreats, luncheons, and meetings), special gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds.
At the Summer Showcase, you’ll meet Mount Auburn staff who can partner with you to plan and program your special event in our landscape, in addition to our exceptional vendors who can provide catering, décor, and other essentials.
We hope you leave inspired to create new memories in a peaceful place with your event. A designated National Historic Landmark, Mount Auburn’s 175-acre landscape of green space and monuments also act as a vital sanctuary to urban wildlife and thousands of plant specimens. By hosting your event here, you support our efforts to care for our landscape, to offer educational programs and arts events, and to preserve our historic buildings and natural beauty of Mount Auburn.
Tickets: Admission to this event is free, please reserve a free ticket so we can manage capacity!

Refund Policy:
Refunds and exchanges for events at Mount Auburn Cemetery are available up to 5 business days prior to the event.* Cancellations made after this deadline are not eligible for a refund and the order amount will be donated to support future programs and initiatives.
If Mount Auburn Cemetery decides to cancel an event, all ticket holders will be notified and automatically refunded.
*This policy excludes special events. Refund policies for special events will be listed directly on their event page. Exchanges are only applicable to events with multiple occurrences.
