Nature and Nourishment Series with Stefanie Haug

March 28 @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Join guest guide Stefanie Haug (LICSW) as we explore Mount Auburn Cemetery by slowing down, being attentive to nature with all our senses, and deepening our appreciation for this special slice of our Watertown and Cambridge neighborhood.

This series will occur monthly, offering a variety of events centered around awareness and nature, featuring topics such as Forest Bathing, Sound Meditation, Nature Mindfulness, and more.

This month, Stefanie will be leading a Sound Meditation in Bigelow Chapel, encouraging participants to escape the cold and find meaning through mind-body connection.

What to bring: comfortable clothing, small mat or towel to sit on, water.

Check-in for this experience will be in Bigelow Chapel.

Event capacity: 25 people
