Dinner Under the Oaks

 A Celebration of Mount Auburn’s 194th Anniversary of Consecration

Last year, Mount Auburn held the inaugural Dinner Under the Oaks to bring members of our community together for the unique opportunity to connect and dine in our picturesque late-summer landscape. We are delighted to bring back Dinner Under the Oaks for the evening of Friday, September 12 from 5:30-8:30 PM.

Menu

First course: FIELD GREENS | crumbled chèvre, peaches, blackberries, toasted pine nuts, blackberry vinaigrette

Main Course (Choice of): 

BAKED COD | charred scallion + green garlic purée, potato "pancake", grilled lettuce, roasted fish jus


CHIANTI BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS | parmesan polenta, braised black kale, heirloom tomato, cipollini onions

THYME ROASTED CAULIFLOWER CHOP | herb quinoa, smoky tomato black kale, fresh herb salad, charred lemon aioli

Dessert: RUSTIC APPLE TART | butter pecan ice cream, caramel sauce

$250/person ($155 is tax-deductible)

Sponsorship levels: $2,500 ($2,120 tax-deductible, includes four tickets) and $1,000 ($810 tax-deductible, includes two tickets).
