During his 2018 – 2019 artist residency at Mount Auburn playwright Patrick Gabridge wrote eleven plays to be staged on the grounds of the Cemetery. The Nature Plays & The America Plays were performed to rapt audiences in the spring and fall of 2019. Now, the play scripts are available for the first time in a beautiful full-color book with photos from the performances. In this virtual event Patrick Gabridge will recount his experiences at Mount Auburn, explain his writing process, share memories from the performances and discuss the ways which the plays resonate with current events today.

This event is free but registration is required. Once registered you will receive the Zoom webinar details about two weeks before the event.
