Korean Plants A-to-Z at Mount Auburn
Maybe all you know about Korea is what geo-political information you have recently been receiving from our media. Nonetheless there are many outstanding plants native to this country, often dimly perceived as being somewhere between China and Japan. With climate and seasons similar to our own, many plants introduced by earlier explorers have become favorite contemporary horticultural choices. Species of maple, viburnum, pine, larch, azalea along with a few less known genera will be included in this floristic survey with Jim Gorman, Visitor Services Assistant.
