The 9th Annual Cambridge Open Archives Presents:
“Living and Dying in Cambridge”
June 19-22, 2017

This year, seven archives, special collections, and collecting institutions in Cambridge will open their doors to the public to showcase some of their most interesting materials — and the tales that go along with them.

The Schedule: Sign up for one day or all!

–Event is FREE but registration is required–

On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, a different, single site will be open each day, offering the same 45 minute tour twice. Please register for the time you prefer.

On Tuesday, two sites will be open at lunch time and two in the evening. Please register for either or both “packages.” You will tour one archive for 45 minutes, then switch sites for a second tour.

Monday, 6/19, 4:00 & 5:00 PM: Mount Auburn Cemetery

Tuesday, 6/20, an afternoon and evening event:
Lunchtime tours, 12:00 PM: The Peabody Museum of Archaeology & Ethnology at Harvard University and the Harvard Semitic Museum
Evening tours, 4:00 PM: Longfellow House – Washington’s Headquarters and The Cambridge Historical Society

Wednesday, 6/21, 6:00 & 7:00 PM: The Cambridge Room, Cambridge Public Library

Thursday, 6/22, 4:00 & 5:00 PM: Harvard Art Museums Archives

Due to space constraints, a max of 20 participants are allowed each day.
