Also known as the “roll call of the dead,” this is a small typed card generated by the Cemetery that includes, at a minimum:

• Lot number
• Date of interment or cremation
• Name and age of the deceased
• Name of person who authorized interment or cremation
• Location of the remains

These records may also include the cause of death, the name of the undertaker, and the relationship of the authorizing person to the person who died.
